  I’ve been training with Rocky for two years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. During that time I've significantly improved my all round fitness, especially my strength and stamina and have remained completely injury free. I've also reduced body fat and increased my muscle mass. I know I wouldn’t have made these gains without the personal attention given by Rocky in my training sessions. My only ‘complaint’ is after dropping two dress sizes, I’ve had to buy myself a new wardrobe of clothes!
