  I opted for the ‘High impact graduate CV’ and during the initial correspondence I stressed my concern about when receiving the CV and cover letter it would not be a final version, it would be changed until I was happy with it.
  
  The response I received was:
  
  “Yes, this is what you will get. This is a complete service and there are usually amendments to be made – usually small, but I am here to perfect it until you are happy. For the price this is, you deserve the very best in terms of all we can offer you – we go all out to ensure you are happy!”
  
  When I received the cover letter I was really disappointed, it was boring and generic, nothing ‘High Impact’ about it at all. When I raised this with the CV writer they took it badly and were really defensive. It was a battle to get them to make changes which was so shocking after the message I received above! It was such an additional stress that you definitely don’t need when you are job hunting and have paid for a service in order to help you.
  
  Overall I was really disappointed in the service I received and would recommend to anyone thinking to use the service to shop around and find another company.

  I needed a quick modern-day format CV in an “emergency”. Having looked around, I decided to opt for CV Writers Ltd., as they guaranteed to finish the CV in the agreed time. Becky undertook the project from the brief work history I supplied. I was presented with a concise mini CV by the deadline, Becky was skilled in using selected choice words for the added impact that I was seeking. I shall definitely return to CV writers (and specifically Becky) when I need more work on my CV in the future. All in, an excellent service, prompt and a really professional presentation.
