  I strongly urge you not to use this company. Their fees are extortinate. They lull you into a fall sense of security by telling you that you're keeping your rented home up to the required standard then bill you an astronomical price to do some minor gardening after you move out. Then the gardener took ages to give a quote. Our deposit was returned some 2 months after moving out. The landlady / Belgarum tried and did claim more money than required for our notice period. Most importantly they will side with the landlady/lord in any dispute. The person I spoke to on the phone (Tonia) spoke over me in a rude manner. They also have one landlady on their books who lets out a very poor property in the Winchester area. It is a converted garage effectively, which was only accessible via a garage door and the walls and loft contained rodents with the central heating controlled by the landlady in a way where it was only put on when she felt it apt. The home we rented suffered from damp and condensation and no central heating. Also, the landlady/Belgarum neglected the back garden and the shower was atrocious with a lack of any decent pessure. The walls internally had many cracks. DON'T USE THEM.
